and this 22 months isnt exactly an easy one, nor can i say it was equally tough. albeit the tough times, and the constant battle with the 'boyfriend stealer' i/we made it through!!
Looking back at my 'days without you' posts. and the very particular post with the same font & colour.... something which i would nvr wana go thru nor feel again. thou everything now seems like a breeze, but i admit i would nvr ever wana go through it all over again. im so sure of that. LOL
The day of his enlistment which was a nightmare to me... to the day he POP-ed .. to the day he got his posting .. to the outfields and overseas trip and finally the end of this long journey.
Although i did not personally went through NS, having a boyf in NS, felt as if i was the one going through it as well.
it was not easy. having to share him with army, and most of the time giving in to the army "timings" like the guard duties and all on weekends, the early booking-ins, late book-outs so on and so forth.
But i mus admit on some days, im still uberly proud of him in uniform. :D
And so today is the day - that not only the boyf, but also MEEEEE - the day we are s6 looking forward to...
it's ORD day!!!! :D
another milestone achieved, and it also means another milestone unlocked.
and heres to more 'freedom' to you and to us. and more happening times in the near future.
Studies as well as work, we will conquer all like we have been doing so all along.
